What We Do

The Stern Real Estate Club provides a forum for full- and part-time students interested in all aspects of real estate to exchange ideas, share experiences, and participate in club-sponsored events and ventures.

SREC plays a significant role in raising awareness of the real estate industry among club members and the broader Stern community by sponsoring events that foster career-search contacts, discussions of industry trends, insights into market opportunities, and comprehensive skill development. Through classroom-style training events, resume reviews, mock interviews, and a network of alumni professionals, the club also provides students with rigorous career preparation.

Guest lectures, panel discussions, coursework, professional networking events, site visits, and case competitions expose SREC members to experienced practicing real estate professionals and to faculty and students from the NYU Stern School of Business, NYU's School of Law, NYU’s Shack Institute, and other top-tier graduate degree programs.
